Pre-Sales

Send the Gerber files, fabrication drawing or specifications, required quantity, and requested delivery information. For assembly projects, also provide the BOM, component placement data, assembly drawings, and any inspection or testing requirements.

Lead time depends on the board construction, materials, quantity, component availability, testing scope, and current production capacity. Topline Circuit confirms the applicable schedule after reviewing the complete project files.

Yes. Topline Circuit supports PCB fabrication and PCBA services, including SMT, through-hole assembly, BGA assembly, component sourcing, inspection, and agreed testing.

Yes. Projects may use turnkey, partial turnkey, or consigned component models. The quotation should clearly identify which parts the customer supplies and which parts Topline Circuit sources.

Yes. Topline Circuit supports prototype, low-volume, and volume PCB and PCBA projects. The appropriate process and quotation depend on the design, quantity, materials, and inspection requirements.

Topline Circuit can support projects without a fixed minimum order quantity when the design and process are manufacturable. Setup, tooling, material, and component requirements can still affect the quotation for very small orders.

Engineering & DFM

Yes. Topline Circuit provides a DFM review before production to identify file conflicts, missing information, spacing concerns, stack-up issues, component-data problems, and other manufacturability risks.

Controlled impedance helps maintain predictable signal behavior. Trace width, copper thickness, dielectric thickness, material properties, spacing, and the reference plane all affect the final impedance.

The required impedance is translated into a suitable stack-up and trace geometry. The drawing should state the target impedance and tolerance. Final values and verification requirements are confirmed during engineering review.

Yes. The engineering team can review the layer structure, dielectric thickness, copper weight, material selection, impedance needs, and overall manufacturability before production.

Provide the Gerber files, drill files, fabrication drawing, stack-up, impedance requirements, and relevant specifications. For PCBA, also include the BOM, centroid or placement file, assembly drawing, polarity information, and testing requirements.

The issue is documented and sent for clarification. Production should proceed only after the required information or customer approval is received. Customer-controlled design changes should not be made without confirmation.

Materials & Process

Topline Circuit supports common and specialized constructions including FR-4, high-Tg, flexible, rigid-flex, aluminum, RF and microwave, HDI, multilayer, controlled-impedance, and heavy-copper PCBs. Final material availability is confirmed for each project.
Material selection should consider operating frequency, dielectric constant, dissipation factor, thickness availability, thermal requirements, mechanical construction, cost, and the intended stack-up. Share the electrical and mechanical requirements for review.
Yes. Topline Circuit supports HDI constructions that may include microvias, blind and buried vias, via-in-pad, and sequential lamination. The feasible structure depends on the stack-up and design rules.
The finish should match the component pitch, soldering process, storage needs, contact requirements, and application environment. State the required finish in the fabrication drawing or request a review before quotation.
Yes. Heavy-copper projects require review of the finished copper requirement, trace and spacing rules, hole design, current path, thermal needs, and final board thickness.
Any proposed material change should be documented and reviewed against the project requirements. Customer approval is required when the specified material or controlled requirement would change.

Quality & Testing

Topline Circuit has confirmed ISO 9001 and UL certification. Project-specific compliance, documentation, and acceptance requirements should be stated before quotation.
Electrical testing can be included according to the board design, quantity, and agreed inspection plan. State any special test, fixture, report, or acceptance requirement before production.
Inspection is selected according to the assembly and may include visual inspection, solder paste inspection, AOI, X-ray inspection for hidden joints such as BGA connections, and agreed functional or electrical testing.
Required reports and quality documents should be listed during quotation. Availability and format depend on the product, inspection method, customer specification, and agreed production scope.
Quality control starts with file and DFM review, followed by material verification, process controls, inspection, electrical testing where applicable, and final acceptance against the agreed specifications.
Provide the order number, part number and revision, affected quantity, clear photos or inspection data, and a description of the issue. Keep the affected product available while the case is reviewed.

After-Sales & Shipping

Shipping is arranged according to the destination, package size, delivery requirement, and agreed quotation. Courier or freight options can be reviewed before the order is confirmed.
A customer shipping account may be used when agreed before dispatch. Provide the carrier and account instructions during quotation or order confirmation.
Packaging is selected to protect the boards from moisture, contamination, physical damage, and electrostatic risk where applicable. Any special labeling or packaging requirement should be stated before production.
Tracking or shipment information is provided when it is available from the agreed carrier. The consignee and delivery details should be checked before dispatch.
Contact Topline Circuit promptly with the order details, tracking information, package condition, and supporting photos. Keep the packaging and affected goods while the shipment is investigated.
Urgent repeat orders are reviewed against the latest approved revision, material and component availability, tooling status, test requirements, and current production capacity. A schedule is confirmed after review.
