Through-Hole AssemblyInserts component leads into plated holes before soldering. It provides strong mechanical connections and can be combined with SMT.
Flip-Chip AssemblyMounts an inverted semiconductor die directly onto the substrate. It supports short connections and high-density designs.
In-Circuit Testing (ICT)Uses a dedicated test fixture to check component values, electrical connections, and assembly faults.
