ThinFlex is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of flexible copper-clad laminates (FCCLs), coverlays, and materials for flexible circuits and IC packaging. Its material portfolio includes adhesiveless and adhesive-based laminates for compact and high-density electronic products.

Materials & Applications

Topline Circuit uses ThinFlex FCCLs and coverlays in flexible PCB manufacturing. Available material types include:

  • Adhesiveless single-sided FCCL

Single-sided adhesiveless FCCLs provide high tensile strength and good dimensional stability. They are suitable for thin flexible circuits that must withstand repeated movement.

Double-sided adhesiveless FCCLs provide heat resistance, chemical resistance, flexural endurance, and fine-line etching capability. These properties support compact flex PCB designs with circuitry on both sides.
